Nintendo DS Lite Works Great when TV is Taken |

One of the negative sides to having all of the video game consoles connected to the living room entertainment center with roommates is that sometimes they are using the TV when you want to game. In these instances, a portable Nintendo DS Lite comes in real handy. I actually don’t have my own but a roommate likes to leave his on the coffee table. Sharing is caring, right? So if someone is watching American Idol, streaming music over the surround sound or playing their own multiplayer games, I just borrow the DS, find a quiet corner and get my fix.
Lately this has not been so much of a problem because apart from this week, Spring Break, one of my roommates is in school the other is not a huge TV watcher. That and the weather has been fantastic so I want to be outside as much as possible. Southern California has been a consistent 80 degrees for the past 5 days. All in all there is a solution to every problem. When it comes to gaming having a couple of different consoles helps.
