multiplayer game Last night was the end of my sister's visit so we broke out the Monopoly game and instead of playing it on our computer, we played the board game in real life. We all had so much fun and it had been a long time since we all sat around the table to play multiplayer games with each other. Normally we play these games on the computer but for old times sake, we wanted to play it together in real life. I lost my shirt and bowed out early, and eventually my son won the game. He's so savvy at playing multiplayer games because he grew up on them.

Losing early meant that I could cook in the kitchen and I whipped up some delicious snacks and my special hot apple cider. Everyone enjoyed the evening playing multiplayer games and my sister insisted that we bring it when we come up to spend a week with her this summer in the mountains. That's no problem and I made a note on the calender in the kitchen to bring it along. We'd forgotten how much fun it is to play multiplayer games around the table, so on the next occasion when we want to stay inside, we'll whip out another game to pass an enjoyable evening with the family.
