video game console


When my two sons asked for a video game console for Christmas, I was sure that it would be no problem choosing one for them. But, I was very, very mistaken. I guess I really have not been paying too much attention to the various products, commercials, and store displays when it comes to the video game console. I just thought they were all the same. Again, I was very, very mistaken.

I started searching for a video game console at the local department store. I was planning on being in the store a total of 15 minutes. Enough time to locate the video game console, find a sales clerk, get the console, and buy it. As a recurring theme throughout the whole process of buying a video game console, I was very mistaken. After two hours of standing there asking the sales clerk about the FOUR different game consoles in the display case, I walked out empty handed. Well, not exactly empty handed. I did buy a large chocolate bar as some sort of satisfaction.

I went home and sat down my two boys. I had to really find out what type of video game console they wanted. Of course, they were not much help. They mentioned every video game console they could think of. They talked about both regular video game console and even handheld consoles. I was still confused. Even taking the direct approach did not work. I told them to name one video game console out of all of them. They could not make up their minds.

So, I went to where I pretty much do all my shopping now. I went online. I searched for information about the different consoles and finally made up my mind. I went to an online store called Bolluck Mall located online at www.bolluckmall.com and made my purchase. I bought a video game console that I though they would like. I also bought a few games to go with it so they would have something to play. I tried to get the most up to date games. It is a good thing that Bolluck Mall is on top of the new releases!

I turns out that I made a good choice. The boys love their new video game console and haven't come out of their room since. I did get a little concerned when one of them came to me the other day and asked for another video game console. He said it would be great if they both had a different one. Then they could play different types of games. Sure. No problem.
