My younger brother, Story, wants to be a famous singer and rock star. Who can really blame him, because I am a professional singer and I play and tour in a signed and up-and-coming rock and roll band. I never thought in my entire life that I would see games out for the video game consoles of today that could actually help aspiring young singers better enhance their talents and really collaborate on the video game console. Games that teach them how to be a better singer, allowing them to learn about the ins and the outs and ups and the downs of proper pitch, timing and many other tricks that go into singing professionally.

Knowing that my younger brother wants to be a singer just like me makes me feel so proud of him, and I have done everything within my power to fully encourage this amazing art form that he so desires to pursue. But again, I emphasize, I never thought that by purchase him a game for his video game console that I could actually pull this off and help him to grow into the singer that he will be one day.

That was until I started looking online for video game console game that involves singing to progress through the levels. I am, however, aware that some video game consoles even offer fitness games that will keep you in shape. So I suppose that a singing game is not that far fetched, to be honest.

This is how my quest began. I started getting him singing videos, vocal lessons and even have bought him many pieces of musical gear over the years, and allowed for him to sit in with my vocal coach when I am taking lessons. But now I am exploring other options, and I have finally found what I was looking for that will really help him grow into the singer that he so desires to be.

Imagine that, a game that grades your singing – based upon you singing the latest top 40 hits, and tells you where your pitch is at, allowing you to better yourself as a pro singer.

AWESOME!

Finding this very popular video game console singing adventure was quite another story, as many stores are sold out currently. But I didn’t lament, and started looking around online. Thankfully, they still have a few of these games in stock, and I was able to order one for my brother to help him improve his singing by playing video games.
