nintendo consoles, multiplayer games Most gamers today prefer the PS3, Xbox 360 or one of the current Nintendo consoles but what about the vintage systems that made us fall in love with gaming. Growing up I never had any of the original Nintendo consoles. I had to make my way over to the neighbors to play Contra, Duck Hunt and Super Mario Bros. My first console was a Super Nintendo. I still remember the excitement of opening the box that came with Kirby’s Dream World; a great game by the way. Who would have thought a marshmallow that could suck in its enemies while floating around could be so fun.

Hands down though the Nintendo 64 was the most revolutionary of the Nintendo consoles to ever hit the market and I’m including the Wii. OO7 and Mariokart put multiplayer games on the map. I spent days mastering proximity minds, the RCP-90 not to mention Mario Kart Battle. No one could keep all three of their go-kart balloons when I was firing red shells from Koopa Troop.

If all this reminiscing is bringing back old memories, it is time to dust off your antique Nintendo consoles and get back to the roots of gaming.
