My husband recently picked up a Nintendo Wii for the kids. We had talked about it for a while and saved up the money for it. I wanted to wait until Christmas but he thought why not buy it now and enjoy it. It would be a lot more fun to be able to play together then having the money sitting in the bank. He was right. It has been one of the coldest, rainiest summers ever. Instead of playing outside in the sun we have been playing a lot of indoor games.

 I am so glad we have the Nintendo Wii. Even our neighbor’s kids come over to play. What I liked the most about the Nintendo Wii are the multiplayer games that the whole family can play. I have never been a fan of single player games. It is not a lot of fun playing against the computer or the game itself. For me the whole reason we play games is to play together or challenge one another. Game night has always involved the family, playing together. We have always played multiplayer games on our PC as a family so it was important to us that we could do so on the Nintendo Wii. I appreciate the large range of age appropriate multiplayer games that are available for the Nintendo Wii. There is nothing like having my kids playing sports or beach games on the Wii in our living room as the rain floods the backyard.
