Multiplayer Games for the Whole Family |

Family nights include watching movies or playing games. We take turns picking what activity we will participate in each week. Last week it was my youngest son's turn and he chose multiplayer games on the video game console. We broke up into teams and began the competition.
My family really looks forward to and enjoys spending one night a week together. It really doesn't matter whether we are watching a movie or getting involved in multiplayer games. Everyone truly likes each other's company and often it allows us to discuss lightheartedly some pretty harsh subjects. I know we have resolved a few situations before they became too big to handle in that way, plus the kids have an opportunity to ask anything that comes to mind. It has proven to be a real good forum for family discussions.
Back to the competition! Last week it was myself, and my two daughters on a team. We kicked the boys bottoms! Yes, my husband and sons walked away from that family night with their tails between their legs. They have challenged us girls to a rematch, so I think that is what will become of family night this week. The family that participates in multiplayer games together, stays together! |
